South Korean equipment vendor founded in 2000 and supplying mobile operators since 2004. Originally developing a wireless centrex (office switchboard) system on the CDMA mobile network, their product range includes both core network products (voice switches, packet data gateways) through radio access network equipment. All products are IP based. They have been successful in  Korean (including SK Telecom) and Japanese (KDD) markets.

They have developed their own UMA solution, which is based on their proven WOS (Wireless Office System), and designed for cdma2000/WiFi dual mode phones. It's not clear if this has yet been deployed anywhere.

Announced their femtocell which is UMTS - (i.e. the GSM 3G standard, not cdma2000) - at Mobile World Congress in February 2008. A demonstration model was shown. The spec includes all the usual capabilities - up to 4 simultaneous voice calls, with data at 384kbit/s and up to 7.2Mbit/s with HSDPA, max RF power of 100mW.

However, their architecture appears to be Iu tunnelled over IPsec, rather than UMA and their website shows an evolution to support both standard 3GPP Iu interface and a future IMS core network.

South Korea has an extremely high mobile subscriber base, with cdma2000 giving way to adoption of WiBro (now WiMax) and UMTS 3G systems.
