They have expertise in both SIP and Iu based protocols, and have been involved building both femto gateways and UMA controllers for other companies.

Acquired Azaire networks in 2008, increasing their inbuilding software for mobile networks.

Although they announced successful development of a femtocell gateway controller for a major OEM in March 2008, the OEM itself could not be named.

Further announcements on their femtocell gateway development program in January 2009 highlighted their design will be compliant with the 3GPP Iu-h standard.

The company website identifies separate products called Femtocell Gateway and Femtocell Controller,although its not clear whether these are separate components or why they have different names.
