Red-M is a UK-based consultancy which specialises in in-building RF planning, investigating  the impact and interaction between different systems. Using simulation tools, the company can analyse and predict behaviour patterns and use this to recommend an optimum design. Successful projects include London's Heathrow terminals and Canary Wharf office  block.

They have provided Ubiquisys with a case study analysis of femtocells operating in a dense urban environment to confirm the feasibility and impact of offloading substantial traffic. This has been presented by Ubiquisys at conferences and used with their customers to gain confidence about the feasibility of the solution. 

They launched their femtocell network design service in March 2008, aimed at operators who require to assess the interference and impact of femtocells in their specific case.
