Image Digimoc Telecom Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. are a foreign-owned developer and manufacturer of telecommunications products formed in June 2007.

The company was founded in 2008 by Li Jun, former COO at Commit, a now-defunct TDS-CDMA chipset vendor, who attracted other Commit staff to the new company.

picoChip announced they will be developing their own TDS-CDMA femtocell based on picoChip's PC202 in October 2008. It is not known who would supply the femto-gateway.

We said in April 2008 that we believe femtocell TDS-CDMA technology is unlikely to be used much outside China .
